10 Months

I can't believe you're 10 months old! Well in a few hours.. I'm posting the night before. You are amazing.  You're becoming quite the chatter box. You're newest addition to your vocabulary is wow and you say it a lot.  Mixed with dada and mama when you're crying.  I also think you say 'whats that?' but your dad doesn't believe me.

You know where your toes are.


A lot happened this month.  Grandma had a stroke and we visited her in the hospital a few times.

Aunt Jill came out because Grandma had a stroke.

Daddy and Mommy celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary.

We took you to see your Grandpa and Uncle Steve's graves for the very first time. (where mommy lost the camera, very very sad!)

You met your Great Grandma Gabby.

You had your first St. Patricks day

You and I went to the Zoo with Aunt Sheree and cousin Joshua.

You give High Fives:




You got your two bottom teeth.  and you were a real champ about it!

You had your 9 month check up. You weighed 19lbs 14 oz and you're 28 and 3/4 inches tall. all about the 55th percentile or so.

I'm pretty sure you can walk if you wanted to, You've taken a few shaky steps, but you know crawling is faster:)


You throw all of your clothes out of the laundry basket, all of your food/toys/drinks off your high chair. And you're self feeding pretty well if you can pick it up with your hands. (in fact you tried to eat a piece of dvd wrapper plastic and scared the pants off your mom)

You Dance!

You had your first easter and easter egg hunt. and your first sun burn because mom forgot sunscreen  :(  But as always you're a trooper!

We love you so much!  I'm so honored you chose us to be your parents in this life and the next. Watching you grow and learn is an absolute Joy!

Night time

I work late.. And sometimes when I come home I go in your room pick you up and just hold you for awhile. You hardly ever even wake up. I love you so much.. -Mom

9 Months

I really can't believe you've been in my life as long as I carried you inside if me. You are so amazing! You apparently took your first steps yesterday(Dad and I were at work, it made me soooo sad to know I missed it!). I can't seem to get you to do it again for us. But taking your first steps the day before you hit 9 months?! You're awesome! You give high fives now and you clap and when I fake cry you give me kisses. You stand all by yourself like a pro you open and close doors and cabinets. We had to do some baby proofing this month. You say mama and dada and you make monkey sounds. I love you with all of my heart!!

8 months old!

You're 8 months old today! We started swim lessons today too! You didn't cry at all, you even went all the way under. You crawl everywhere and get into anything you can! You love to unroll the toilet paper. And you walk while holding on to someone's hands. You love chasing kody around the kitchen and playing with your toys. You stick your tongue out all the time. And you hold your own bottle like a pro! You also help us teach our 9 year olds in church they love you to pieces! As do daddy and me!

7 months!

You climb up on EVERYTHING, you fall over and always get back up.. Even when you cry, and even if you fell off it before you still try again. You want to walk so bad, but haven't figured out the balance thing yet. You love baby signing time and super why. Yesterday was mommy's birthday and you slept till almost 9! Your smile is contagious and I love you so much!!
